I have a coupon/voucher for your shop but I am not quite sure what to do with it.

Coupons or vouchers can be used when shopping at Polish Shop.
The corresponding field to enter the code of your coupon/voucher is visible on the shopping Cart’s screen, on the left side, marked “Vouchers”.
You may use multiple vouchers at once.

For example the coupons/vouchers may resemble:
- FAN-FACEBOOK-PDY1TD74
- CETX22V1
- PromocjaAbc

Please remember that you collect loyalty points every time you shop with us - you can find these accumulated points in your account configuration and subsequently generate a new voucher there too.

 

Why does Polish Shop take in orders 4 days beforehand? What goes on during those 4 days time?

The actual shopping in Poland usually takes two days, then we need an entire day to drive to Switzerland and the day before home delivery, we prepare the orders and the parcels.

 

Why are some products marked as ‘Home delivery only’?

Products marked as ‘Home delivery only’ are not stored by us in Switzerland. 
These products are ordered by customers and a few days before home delivery, we buy these in a shop in Poland. 
These products usually have a short expiration date and require being stored in cooled conditions at all times. 
For these reasons the only option of delivering them fresh is by own transport, guaranteeing the freshness of all products upon the moment of delivery to your doorstep.

 

I had placed an order for home delivery but in the meantime I have noticed some new interesting products in the shop that I would like to add to my current order. Can I avoid paying for delivery yet again?

Of course, that is absolutely fine, just contact us and we will generate a voucher for you for free shipping. Such a voucher will be assigned to your account and will expire after we finish accepting orders for the current home delivery. During this period you can use it as many times as you would wish.

 

I have mixed products in my Cart – some of them are marked “Home delivery only” and some of them are not. How do you deliver these products?

All products are delivered together in our transport. We usually inform our Customers about the delivery date and time on the Tuesday prior to the home delivery weekend.

 

Is there any difference between ordering for home delivery just a few days beforehand or ordering well in advance?

As for the freshness of these products, there is absolutely no difference. Products marked as “Home delivery only” are purchased in Poland directly before our journey back to Switzerland. On the other hand, we do encourage you to order in advance as the choice of products from our store is limited closer to the home delivery date.

 

I live near the Swiss border – can I also order at Polish Shop?

Yes, you can, there are two options:

1) Order with postal delivery using ‘poste restante’ (check in Wikipedia) option when we send your order to a by you selected post-office inside Switzerland.

2) Order with home delivery giving us any address in Switzerland as close to the border as you would like, even at the actual border crossing.
